Video:  You will need a Premium, paid, Training Peaks account to highlight, and get your average 20 min heart rate with Training Peaks (explained in this video). Your other option is to use the lap button, and get your average heart rate via that. Then use another app such as Garmin Connect, or Strava to get your average Heart Rate.
